  • Disappointed in Canvas Home product



    I bought a set of Abbesses plates, made by Canvas Home. They are marked 'Microwave Safe', but to my surprise one plate exploded in half in the microwave. Assuming it must be a defective plate, I contacted the company and asked if they might replace the plate, bought only a few months before. They gave me a total runaround (too late for returns, etc), then refused to provide the contact info for whoever is in charge of customer service. More...
